Perky Boobs after Breastfeeding?

Perky Boobs after Breastfeeding?

Will breastfeeding cause you to have droopy breasts? The answer depends on the nutritional status of your diet and the number of years that you choose to breastfeed.

That's right I said the number of years that you breastfeed.

The longer you breastfeed the less sagging you will have.

Most people stop breastfeeding when their child is about 3-6 months old. This causes sagging because the breasts are all geared up to produce lots of milk during this time and when they have to abruptly stop this can cause the skin to sag.

A woman's body is designed and geared up to slowly wean the child over the course of several years.

When the breasts are allowed to slowly cut back on the amount of milk that is produced over several years the breast tissue is able to stay tight.

Unfortunately most mothers have to return to work around the 3 month mark and this is when most weaning takes place.

The next factor is the nutritional status of your diet. We want to eat large amounts of fresh fruit and vegetables and no processed foods. Stay away from the fried foods. Eat whole foods.

I have been breastfeeding for 2 years and 2 months and my boobs a not sagging! I also eat a high raw diet that includes lots of fresh raw fruit and veggies.
